	MR. FIXIT MISSION STATEMENT
	Our goal is to provide best quality, integrity, honesty and excellence to the public in all aspects of the construction process. We need to operate with better dynamic of improvement of the communication, responsibility, transaction solution, and profit but profit from work that will benefit humanity. We also need to corporate social responsibility and act more responsible on some unique and complex issues that will comfort the clients. The transaction process and communications must be more underline for future of the professional dealing between both parties. We also need to be more inspirational in helping others while we’re so involved with the work force in the busiest time of the year. The main concentration in our business should also forward more adequate process of decision making and redesign better process of planning control and finance decisions.

In today’s Industry people may enter most jobs in the construction industry without any formal classroom training after high school. Most skilled craft jobs require proficiency in reading and mathematics. Safety training is required for most jobs. Some laborers can learn their job in a few days, but the skills required for many jobs are substantial; they can be learned through apprenticeships or other employer-provided training programs.

Training andAdvancement

Apprenticeships administered by local employers, trade associations, and trade unions provide the most thorough training. Apprenticeships usually last between 3 and 5 years and consist of on-the-job training and 144 hours or more of related classroom instruction each year. However, a number of apprenticeship programs are now using competency standards in place of time requirements, making it possible to complete a program in a shorter time.
